There is a blessing of God upon your life. And this blessing makes rich and adds no sorrows with it. Proverbs 10:22. The blessing of the Lord, it maketh rich, and he addeth no sorrow with it. Bible Reading: Proverbs 10:1-32
What is this blessing? Not blessings as some people say – but a blessing. Consciously maximize the BLESSING OF GOD – it makes rich and adds no sorrows with it.
What is this blessing of God that makes rich and adds no sorrows – LIFE. The only thing God owes mankind is life. What you do with it is the debt you owe God and your generation.
Do you want to be rich and prosperous, maximize the blessing of God upon you – the blessing of life.
👉🏾God did everything to give you life.
👉🏾Don’t think that without God, your parents could bring you into this world.
👉🏾God did everything that even against our foolishness, carelessness, mistakes, and sometimes pure stupidities, we are still alive today.
🎯1. Walk in wisdom. Proverbs 10:1. The proverbs of Solomon. A wise son maketh a glad father: but a foolish son is the heaviness of his mother. Wisdom is the principal requirement for maximizing the gift of life. Work in wisdom.
🎯2. Accept the righteousness of God that is in Christ Jesus. Proverbs 10:2. Treasures of wickedness profit nothing: but righteousness delivereth from death. It takes Jesus Christ to avoid the misuse of life.
🎯3. Work your way out of poverty. Proverbs 10:4. He becometh poor that dealeth with a slack hand: but the hand of the diligent maketh rich. Work is the antidote to poverty. Work diligently, work hard, work smart. By all means work.
You have no reason not to be working. Not working is an abuse of God’s blessing of life. So, work. Do the work that is available until the work you desire becomes available. By all means work!
🎯4. Save some of your income while you can. Proverbs 10:5. He that gathereth in summer is a wise son: but he that sleepeth in harvest is a son that causeth shame. You should not finish everything you make every month.
Stop living above or at the level of your income. Live below what you make because if you do not save, you will never be rich. Excellent opportunities come to those who have the cash to spare. So, save in your summer.
🎯5. Think and think through issues. Proverbs 10:6. Blessings are upon the head of the just: but violence covereth the mouth of the wicked. Effectively use your head and brain. Generate new ideas and run with them. Your blessings are upon your head.
🎯6. Put your heart and mind to work. Proverbs 10:8. The wise in heart will receive commandments: but a prating fool shall fall. Your mind is critical to your success in life. Use your heart wisely. Manage your emotions, passion, and zeal.
👉🏾Receive good instructions and apply them.
👉🏾Choose your friends wisely and work with them.
🎯7. Be honest in your dealings with others. Proverbs 10:9. He that walketh uprightly walketh surely: but he that perverteth his ways shall be known. Ill-gotten wealth does not last nor gives peace.
🎯8. Speak right and speak life. Proverbs 10:11. The mouth of a righteous man is a well of life: but violence covereth the mouth of the wicked. Do not use your mouth to destroy the life you have as life and death are in the power of the tongue.
Speak positive, right, and empowering words.
🎯9. Love and do not hate. Proverbs 10:12. Hatred stirreth up strifes: but love covereth all sins. Life is too short to be wasted hating people. So, love people in spite of who they are and what they have done. Just love.
🎯10. Invest, invest and invest. Proverbs 10:15. The rich man’s wealth is his strong city: the destruction of the poor is their poverty.
Make money by working, manage money by saving and budgeting, but more importantly, multiply money by investing into real estate, business creations, etc. Be wise and deliberate in your investments. Do not gamble with your resources.
🎯11. Learn to be quiet or silent when necessary. Proverbs 10:19. In the multitude of words there wanteth not sin: but he that refraineth his lips is wise. Know when to talk and when not to talk.
🎯12. Walk and work with the fear of God. Proverbs 10:27. The fear of the Lord prolongeth days: but the years of the wicked shall be shortened. Never get to a point in life where you think you do not need God because you will always need Him. So, fear God.
Therefore, think right, speak right, and work diligently. Proverbs 10:32. The lips of the righteous know what is acceptable: but the mouth of the wicked speaketh frowardness. And, the blessing of God shall make you rich and add no sorrows with it.
